The DirectAlerts™ notification feature can be configured for mobile devices to deliver patient alerts between follow-ups.

Seamless data integration

EHRDirect™ data transfer feature allows automatic export of follow-up data from the Merlin.net PCN to a clinic’s electronic health record (EHR) system. This seamless data integration helps care teams make informed clinical decisions more quickly, without the need for expensive intermediary systems.

EHRDirect export meets the Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE‡) guidelines, supporting Health Level 7 (HL7‡) standards and featuring:

• One-screen follow-up. View, print, schedule, export and archive from the “Recent Transmissions” page.
• SmartSchedule™ calendar. 18-month rotating perpetual calendar lets you specify 31-, 91- and 182-day periods between transmissions to coordinate follow-ups with the clinic’s reimbursement calendar.
• DirectCall™ message. Integrated and automated patient communication system saves time by reducing routine calls.
• DirectTrend™ viewer. Dynamic views of device and clinical trends for comprehensive patient management.
