How do I insert images into the posts of my blog? : django

Hi, Google hasn’t been of much help so I figure I’d ask here. I’m pretty much as novice as one can be when it comes to Django; but I have an idea of how I want to approach this problem. I think I need to create a directory, like the static directory I house my static files in. I’ll name it media and then create a url path for it. I’ll create a model for the image upload, which will point to media. Then from there I have no idea how to display the image, or really concrete code to either create the url path or the model for the imageUpload. If anyone could help, that would be great!
