Ho Chi Minh City Nightlife – Best Bars and Clubs in 2023
Ho Chi Minh City, also known as Saigon, is the second-largest after its capital, Hanoi. Majestic skyscrapers, sumptuous dining restaurants, eccentric rooftop bars, and roaring nightclubs accentuated the entire Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Exploring the chaotic city during the day though enjoyable is quite tiring, but Saigon’s nightlife is not to miss.
You probably didn’t know guys but Saigon is one of the top 10 destinations for single men to get laid.
Whether you’re into spending a wild night, dancing with your friends, or just having a chat with the locals accompanied by cheap beers, options are out on every corner.
This city is the second-best nightlife spot in Asia (after Bangkok), so I urge you to get a little crazy and party in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Best Party Hostels in Ho Chi Minh City
To fully embrace the city’s nightlife, you might as well stay at some of their best party hostels. With just a 30-minute bus or taxi ride from the airport, you will reach Pham Ngu Lao Street and Bui Vien Walking Street.
These streets have everything you’re looking for a night out: bars, pubs, nightclubs, and party hostels. Here are some of my recommended party hostels in the city:
Mục Lục
The Hideout Hostel
With its funky-colored walls, it’ll hype you up to stay all night long for a wild party. Neat dorms, roof-top bar, nightly happy hour, and pub crawl – all are there for as low as a night.
Hangout Hostel HCM
A similar vibe to The Hideout is the Hangout Hostel which is closest to Bui Vien Walking Street. Bui Vien is the main street for backpackers.
They have a bar crawl and buffet BBQ for you to enjoy. They also have game room facilities and the nightly rates are cheap as well.
Here they organize weekly pub crawls which is a good chance to meet new people, have a drink, and enjoy the fabulous Saigon nightlife.
