What’s better than collecting Disney Pins? Trading Disney Pins. And now, there’s a new way to get in on the fun of Disney Pin Trading around Walt Disney World Resort during its 50th anniversary.

Look for Cast Members with Mystery Boxes and Mickey Pin Boards

Throughout the 18-month 50th Anniversary Celebration at WDW, you can find cast members walking around with mystery trading boxes and Mickey-shaped pin board.

When you track someone down with either of these easy-to-spot contraptions, you can present up to two of your Disney Trading Pins.

With a mystery box, you’ll have your pick of 24 numbered drawers. Tell the cast member your choice(s), and they’ll trade you the corresponding pin.

If blind boxes aren’t your thing, the Mickey-themed boards are more out in the open. Just peruse the pins stuck to the mouse-shaped board and tell the Cast Member what you’d like to swap for.

Where to Find Disney Pin Trading Locations During WDW’s 50th Anniversary

Fortunately, tracking down a Cast Member for your Disney Trading Pins needs isn’t as randomized as the mystery boxes.

In fact, you can easily find the designated pin trading locations on guide maps you’ll pick up during your visit. And for added convenience, you’ll note that there are locations across all four theme parks, Disney Springs, and select locations at the resort.

And, yes, that means you can track down as many of the pin trading locations as you want in one day and take advantage of your two trades each. Kind of like a treasure hunt, Disney-fied.

Because this event will be going on throughout The World’s Most Magical Celebration, you’ll be able to get your hands on some cool commemorative pins.
