b. About Client:

Our client is a Singapore based crypto currency exchange that providing fiat to crypto and crypto to crypto exchange. They aim to be the first exchange to let you trade Blockchain ideas, knowledge and values.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect and analyze feedbacks/requirements from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and products.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Work closely with other teams (Engineer, UI/UX, QA, Marketing…) to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.

• Scope and prioritize activities based on system, business and customer impact.

3. REQUIREMENT

• At least 2 years of experience working in a Business Analyst position or equivalent experience.

• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

• Able to make reports based on data from the database.

• Good English skills, especially in technical writing and able to communicate in English.
• General understanding and experience of business processes as well as an interest to understand a broad range of business models and needs. 
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a cross-functional team.

• Problem-solving skills– business analysts identify problems and find solutions for them.

*** Nice to have: experienced in crypto market.
