Cut-to-Size Labels or Roll Labels

Cut-to-size labels are individually cut and can be applied by hand, so they are the ideal choice if you only need to label a small number of items. They are suitable for labeling gifts, specialty products, equipment or tools, and more. Cut-to-size labels make great promotional giveaways for events and conferences.

Paper options for cut-to-size labels:

70 lb. label material

• Available in three different coatings: gloss, high-gloss UV, and non-reflective matte finish
• Designed for indoor use

White vinyl material

• Has a glossy finish
• UV and water-resistant
• Suitable for outdoor use

Opt for roll labels if you have a large number of products or items that need to be labeled. They can be used for virtually any product including wine, cosmetics, food, etc. These labels can fit most standard-sized label dispensers for easy application. 

Paper options for roll labels:

White premium sticker paper

• Semi-gloss finish
• Designed for indoor use

Biaxially-oriented polypropylene or BOPP material

• Available in white, clear, or silver metallic
• Water and oil-resistant

Estate adhesive paper material

• Writable
• Available in three different options: White Vellum Textured Estate #8, White Laid Textured Estate #4, and Cream Laid Textured Estate #9

White vinyl

• Water, oil, and chemical-resistant

Custom shapes and sizes

Our discount labels are offered in various custom shapes and sizes.

Cut-to-size labels are available in 7 different die-cutshapes including square or rectangle, circle, oval, arch, hexagon, heart, and starburst. They can also be customized to any size ranging from 1.5” x 2.5” to 8.5” x 11”.

Roll labels are available in 4 shapes including oval and circle as well as rectangle and square that both have rounded corners. Roll labels may come in any size ranging from 0.5” x 1” to 6” x 6.5”.

If none of the standard shape options include what you need, you may create your cut-to-size label or roll label in a custom shape. Upload your logo or artwork, and we’ll send you a proof so you can see how we will cut around it. Turnaround time for custom shapes usually takes six (6) business days.

Order in bulk

Just like with our other products, increasing the amount of your orders lowers the cost per unit of your labels.

Avoid rush orders

Try to avoid rush orders as much as you can since they incur higher production and shipping costs. If you know you are going to need labels soon, place your orders at least a week before you need them. Our standard printing time for cut-to-size labels is usually two (2) business days while roll labels take 6 business days.

Reduce your label size

If you can fit all the information you need on a slightly smaller label, you can choose to reduce your label size. This will help decrease the label cost, which can be significant if you are ordering in bulk.
