We are growing and we are looking for a Director Of Business Development to play a significant role in formulating and executing our growth initiatives, strategy development, and overall business process.

The Director Of Business Development is responsible for revenue generation, business development, and relationship management of potential and existing clients. He or she will solicit and acquire new clients in addition to managing a portfolio of client brands. The Director Of Business Development will serve the technology needs of customers by analyzing their needs and making suitable and appropriate recommendations for technology solutions.

Build strong relationships with potential new clients that lead to new business in targeted geographies and customer types. Engage in selected strategic initiatives to retain or expand current client relationships.

We are currently in search of an experienced Director Of Business Development. The Director Of Business Development will be able to present and promote services and solutions to potential clients including new accounts, new business opportunities at existing accounts, and new marketing opportunities to establish long-term, mutually beneficial business partnerships.

As a Director Of Business Development, you will be responsible for directing and leading all business development and sales-related activities for assigned customer accounts in a specific region or territory. The role requires strategic planning and consultative selling while interfacing with senior decision-makers. At a high level, this role will generate and secure short and long-term profitable business through proactive business development and account management based on a fundamental understanding of the customer’s business, operations and objectives. This key position is focused on the creation and delivery of customer-specific account plans, maintaining a current business, and developing new business opportunities.

The Director of Business Development will be responsible for developing business with key clients. They will be accountable for new business development and revenue from new clients, as well as maintaining current business relationships with existing clients. These relationships should be acquired by direct sales and customer relationship management. In addition, the director will develop a sales strategy, methodology, and tools to capture large-scale projects and long-term maintenance agreements. This position requires establishing continued contacts with new prospects, coordinating contacts between staff and proposed clients, and serving as the principal client contact when necessary. They will report to and receive functional direction from the President.
