Your order will be delivered within 3-5 business days to the UPS Access Point™ location of your choosing. UPS will notify you via email when it’s ready for pick-up. You will have 7 calendar days to retrieve your package.

Delivery is available in the US only. Orders may be subject to delivery restrictions based on the item type, weight and size.

What is UPS Access Point™?
UPS Access Point™ allows you to pick-up or drop off packages at neighborhood retailers, UPS stores or self-service lockers near your home.

How does it work?
At checkout, select “UPS Access Point” as your shipping method and enter your ZIP code. A list of your nearest participating locations will appear in a drop-down menu. Choose one and complete your purchase as usual.

When your package is delivered, UPS will notify you via email that it’s ready for pick-up. A valid photo ID is required, refer to email for full identification requirements.

You’ll have 7 calendar days to retrieve your package. After 7 days, the package will be sent back to H&M’s warehouse and a refund will be issued.

Are there size limitations?
Packages can be no larger than 44 lbs. and a maximum size of 130 inches combined length and girth or 38 inches on the longest side.

For self-service lockers, packages can be no larger than 44 lbs. and a maximum size of 22 inches x 21 inches x 16 inches. If a package is too large for the locker, UPS will notify you via the phone number on the label to arrange an alternative delivery point. If you cannot be reached, the package will be returned to H&M’s warehouse and a refund will be issued.
