Well done. Magazines look pretty good. Disagree with the necessity of 100# paper for the cover, but overall excellent.

The customer services was very very good, quality of paper and printing was good as well – my only grievance, which is important, is I thought the pages we’re overglued. This made it difficult to read/see the insides of the pages. Printing was well within the safe areas on the inner side, so I didn’t expect this issue. (This was on a perfect bound setup)

Normally my printing is easy, fast and clean. This time around there was a big mistake where the fold and staples were off centered, so images from other pages were “pulled” into the fold and onto left hand pages. I did contact a representative and received 20% gift card because it was confirmed this mistake was NOT on my end, but this sloppy work and minimal future discount really doesn’t help me with angry customers and readers sending in criticisms to our poor quality. 🙁
