We pride ourselves on fast customer service. All orders received during regular hours Mon-Fri (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) will be processed within a few hours. On Saturdays and Sundays (9:00 AM-2:00 PM), your order will be processed within 24-48 hours. Guests can always call our office during regular operating hours if traveling within 24 hours to expedite their ticket order. 

Redemption

Your Universal Orlando ticket confirmation number will be emailed to each guest after purchase. You can use this electronic confirmation number to go to the ticket kiosk to redeem your tickets. The party leader must have their photo ID or credit card matching names the first time you use your tickets.
