There are things you should absolutely splurge on in your nursery, but in my opinion the crib is not one of them.

All cribs have to pass safety standards and they are all a standard size (other than mini cribs which are great for small spaces).

In my opinion, the difference between a Pottery Barn Kids crib and a crib from Wayfair is very little.
