18×24 posters came out great. Shipping has been much better. In the past i have received some orders with bent corners but I feel it has been better and the shipping department seems to be taking better care of the packing.

Printing was done well and quickly. Item was shipped promptly and arrived with no issues. Prints were packed as rolls (not flat). This probably cuts shipping cost (which is good), but once prints are opened it is difficult to re-pack them if they need to be stored.

The packaging is a bit tricky, I ripped a couple of my posters trying to get them unraveled. But on my second order I knew how it worked so it was easier and no rips.

The only small complaint I have is that I didn’t know that the posters would not come flat. Just had to flatten them here for a few days. However the order came a few days earlier than expected so there was no actual problem.
Also I do wish you had heavier paper choices for posters AND in the larger sizes where you do (140#) there were no samples in the kit you sent.
