1. OUR OFFER

– An interview with our business team to better understand your business objectives and plans

2. THE PROGRAM

– Mon, Feb 27:  Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City / Check-in at hotel

– Tue, Feb 28:  Morning: Information session / Lunch time: Networking lunch / Afternoon: Points of sales and / or factory visits

– Wed, Mar 1:  Full day of tailored B2B meetings with potential partners

– Thu, Mar 2:  Morning: Transfer from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi / Check-in at hotel / Afternoon: Points of Sales and / or factory visits

– Fri, Mar 3: Full day of tailored B2B meetings with potential partners / Evening: Networking dinner offered to all participants

– Sat, Mar 4: End of EVBN Mission / Individual departures from Hanoi

3. PARTICIPATION FEE: Participation fee: 1,890 € per company, for 1 person, 2nd person: 850 €

– Fri, Dec 9 2016 – Application deadline: Application form to be sent to EVBN together with commercial materials

– Wed, Dec 14  2016 – Final selection: EVBN selects 25 European companies for the mission

Sat, Dec 24 2016 – Registration deadline: Selected candidates confirm their registration by paying the participation fee

5. IMPORTANT NOTES

From our past experience, European companies usually meet a minimum of 10 potential partners during our trade missions.
Nevertheless, EVBN cannot guarantee a specific number of meetings. EVBN cannot be held responsible for the information provided by prospects or for the outcome of business talks with potential partners.
