Cambodia’s real estate sector has been booming, but does the boom create opportunity for European Investors? Join this webinar to find out.

Cambodia has experienced two decades of strong economic growth. An average GDP growth rate of 7.7% from 1995-2017 places it as the 6th fastest growing economy in the world, and this growth is expected to continue. This had profound implications for the construction and real estate sector. According to the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, 2017 alone saw 3,052 construction projects in Cambodia, a 22% percent increase from 2016.

Domestic construction activities are now spreading beyond the traditional major urban centers such as Phnom Penh, Kandal Province and Siem Reap, and into coastal provinces such as Sihanoukville and Koh Kong, as well as in provinces bordering Thailand and Vietnam.

Join us on the 7th of May to learn from key experts in the construction sector, as they describe their first hand experiences navigating the business opportunities present in the country.
